We get it. Life happens, and situations may change. Every Management Agreement is different however inevitably will end, whether it be short or long term. We do our very best to be as flexible and work with you.
How often would you like to hear from your property management? We have several forms of communication. Advise the property manager of your expectations to avoid confusion. Also discuss your preferred method of communication - is it by email, owner portal, your mobile? We want to ensure you are comfortable and at ease
Whether a tenant or owner, please submit all requests on the portal and via email. Please check on the status of the request - this allows Healthy Homes to streamline all requests and ensure your property is being taken care in a timely manner.
Our Management Agreement allows us to approve any repair under $250, without having to bother our clients. Larger repairs over $250 require owner approval, so we will contact you in those cases. Exceptions to the $250 approval rule include emergency maintenance and habitability issues.
Your dedicated property manager will work efficiently to either get your tenant caught up or begin eviction proceedings. You only pay management fees for rent collected – we don’t get paid until you get paid.
